David & Louise was in the construction Business in late 1999, they were living in Austin Tx at the time they had 2 daughters. David was constructing a home down by Lake Travis at that time.
Before this David was working in Belize and prior to this He was in Hawai.

Try www.zabasearch.com. It is a web site specifically for locating people. It lists by state. Since he seems to move around a lot, you may have a difficult time finding him, but good luck.
