I will be moving overseas for about a year, possibly longer, and I was wondering if it’s okay for me to keep my checking account open? I figure I can use it to pay my credit card bills while out of the country? Has anyone ever moved overseas for a few years but still kept their home country checking accounts open? moving overseas

Question : Do jurors take into account coincidence? Back home in San Diego(The Promised Land) there was a case of a Marine that was poisoned. His beautiful Wife collected $ 400k from insurance. After she collected the money she went out and partied, go breast implants and all sorts of stuff. She went to trial and was found guilty. I do believe that she killed him, but at the same time, maybe she had nothing to do with it, but was still happy that he died. Question : Property Management…Can anyone explain what the escrow account is for and how it is used? We have a Property Management business and it is growing by leaps. From reading the Florida Statutes, we are trying to make sure we are within the law. We work with a Realtor who is employeed by a broker. I understand we need an Escrow account for the tenants Security Deposits but how is this account to be set up and why? Any classes you know of or information you can provide is appreciated. Question : Will my FHA mortgage be turned down for overdrawn checking account? I have been approved for an FHA mortgage loan and have been asked for 2 months of bank statements. My concern is that my account was overdrawn a few weeks ago. It was the first time in at least a year and a half it has been overdrawn and was an honest mistake.
