My email is fabian@equityutah.com (thanks to Yahoo Mail – Business Section). My company set up these e-mail on my yahoo e-mail fabian.amarillo @ yahoo.com. I real estate companies and I want the e-mails and contacts that I hold, but I do not own the domain “@ equityutah.com”. I’ve programmed for use with Outlook fabian@equityutah.com this account. Question : Should I close my line of credit account?
I have a line of credit account that I have since transferred to a lower rate credit card. The line of credit has an obscenely high apr and I never plan on using it again. I do not want to negatively effect my credit score… Should I close this account? Or keep it open?
Just to be clear, it’s not a credit card. It’s a line of credit. I have no physical card to cut up. It’s simply a paid off loan.

my credit score is almost 700, i was pre-approved for a home loan, i found a house i liked, i made an offer which has been accepted, just started escrow account with $ 4000.00 deposited, my income is $ 110/yr. with hardly any money in my savings account because of a very bad business investment will this hurt my chances of getting the loan, even with my salary?

If you had a lot of money in savings, you wouldnt need the loan… they just want to know that you can make your payments. If you have good history, and a good salary with plenty left after outgoings, you’ll be fine.
