I’ve heard that you are a broker or a real estate company (such as Century 21) go, and if they are hiring, they pay for their original courses, exams, etc.. Then, once you have your license hung with the broker or company you will receive the commission you receive reimbursement from your sale (s )…. is this true, and if not, what is the alternative to the answer to my question?-Thank you!
