Some agents renowned Estable (leasing) in Edinburgh?

I am happy to rent in Edinburgh and I prefer it to the broker instead of looking at questionable websites comparison websites such Zoopla and find a property as I have had bad experiences with them in the passé.Réponse

know from experience that I would not use Lettings capital of Saint Leven I’m sure they are a good way to leave compared to others, but I had a bad experience with them. I would not trust to leave my property because they did things in an emergency (eg, lock broken after a robbery) is fixed, but they are slow to react to other things (water leakage) . I recommend a private person, as I’ve always had better experiences with them.

I have used them when i relocated from the US to Edinburgh. they were great. They came to my hotel and drove me to the properties they had chosen for me based on the criteria I sent them in an email. They didn’t try to show me places that weren’t what i wanted. When I wanted to buy a home they were great as well. I really liked working with them.

I like primelocation.com You can specify which post code you’d like and the agents have been vetted for professionalism. I worked with Ryden Lettings because the company I work for uses them. Whenever my employer transfers someone they connect us with Ryden Lettings and they have been very good to us. I don’t think a major corporation would use them if they were not good to us.

http://www.citylets.co.uk/ has reputable estate agents and private landlords, and http://www.lettingweb.com/ only has estate agents and property companies.

They are both really good for lettings in Edinburgh, and from these sites you can then click on individual letting agents, but these sites are a good place to start, as you can see properties from dozens of letting agents, rather than having to go on 10-20 individual websites. You can search by price and location and see properties on a map etc.
