SW Florida RE Investing Good or bad? Cape Coral?
SW FL, I visited a few months ago and I was surprised how expensive houses in the region were. We stayed on Sanibel Iceland, but visited family members in Cape Coral. Cape Coral would be a good city to invest? I studied all the properties have a positive cash flow. My goals for this investment: 1 At least once per month2 break.
