I agree with lost 1, but it depends where you want to live. In the Village, there is Firecliffe, then there is Verde Valley School Road. There are a lot of properties to buy it just depends on how much you want to spend, but plan on at least $ 400k for a starter home, then go up from there. You could spend as much as $ 12 million if you want.
