Many people entering the sale of real estate do not know if they can use a Multiple Listing Service or MLS for marketing their properties. Well, if you plan to sell your product, you might as well try MLS package. What exactly is this type of MLS?
flat fee MLS?? also known as the MLS flat fee or fixed-rate MLS?? is a means by which you can enter some information about the property you are selling. As it is known as an ad package, this means you will pay a fixed amount for the marketing of your property. This is opposed to the usual method based on the commission of selling a home.

There are several things you should know when it comes to MLS package. Some
1.a  You enter a contract list with a realtor. The conclusion of an MLS does not necessarily mean that you no longer need the help of a broker or salesperson. The contract becomes Announces Agreement for your broker to solicit your property through MLS. As the owner, you are also required by contract to pay a flat fee for your broker.
2.A MLS flat fee  Some providers will charge you based on the number of photos you upload into their system. Photos can be great ways to market your home for sale by owner or multilingual. If you give your broker the opportunity to take photos of your property, they can help you by putting these pictures on the MLS. But since this is a type of plan, expect that the rating agency will only allow you a limited amount of pictures according to how much you’re willing to pay.
3.a   In addition to the lump sum that can vary between 0 and 0, you can also pay a commission agent for the buyer. It may be between 2.5% to 3.0%. This will be necessary if your broker is an agent who suddenly you provide a buyer for your property owner.

Expect that your broker will only take charge of the listing of your property in the MLS. Do not expect that your broker will assist you in drafting and preparing contracts. This is not included in the scope of the MLS package.
