What hour does it become bearable in the Phoenix summer and…?

Thinking of moving to AZ ( Mesa, Gilbert, Tempe, Chandler) –
I am quite aware of the heat – I just got back from Cairo EG, having been there nearly five years. It has an average high of 97f / average high humidity of 69% vs Phoenix average high 103f / average high humidity 55%. My guess is it would be slightly more tolerable in AZ due to the significantly lower humidity level.
But my question is not when it cools off, but rather about WHAT HOUR IS IT BARABLE? – We are used to the heat. Also formerly from Michigan – however currently in Dallas – here it gets to about 96f / 78 humidity.

I am considering this as a start up business for myself and a friend. We are both very adept at decorating and have been tossing the idea around to “stage” homes to help them sell.
