I love the idea of it!
I think it IS necessary, especially around the holidays. I personally know some stagers, but they are unfortunately floundering. The average consumer that I deal with as a designer doesn’t differentiate between a “designer” and a “stager”. They expect it to come in one package. I would personally advertise that staging was a service I offer, not my main event.

We lived in the state of Indiana and were transfered to Florida on short notice. We provided the paperwork to the rental office and left the apartment spotless and in very good condition. We were told that our deposit was coming in the mail…for 5 months. Now we are being told that we are not entitled to our rental deposit at all and will not being getting it. Wtf?
Is there a law of some sort for this kind of thing or are we just screwed out of $ 400?
I have asked for the owner of the complex’s phone number so that this can be explained to me…WHY they’ve been telling us for 5 months that we were entitled to our deposit and are now not and they are refusing to give me the name or phone number of who is in charge. We didn’t rent from some shady landlord. It’s a very large complex. Something just doesn’t seem right.
