Pensacola Beach is still recovering. There is a lot of activity though. It isn’t anywhere as near as bad as it was. The road to Ft. Pickens has not been repaired/replaced, but they have a ferry service to Ft Pickens now. Is there a particular area you’re wanting to know about?

I have other examples too, this is just one of many… in the format “LOT xx” followed by street name of VINCENNES, KILPATRICK, BEVERLY, KILBOURN.

Vincennes ave is a fairly long street on the south side. I am imagining there is something missing from the address. I can see them saying Lot xx 9500 S. Vincennes ave. They should include the block number since there are hundreds if not thousands of ‘lots’ on Vincennes.

I need anyone’s help who has dealt with similar situation. My mother has been diagnosed with 5th stage dementia. However she refused to go back t the doctors that made this diagnosis. It was a senior care specialist that diagnosed her.
She has been going to her family doctor but he is almost worthless. He’s just been treating her for high blood pressure and does not know how to treat the dementia.
Since she will not take any medications for the Dementia (she was given Seroquel (sp?) but would not take it. We tried mixing it with her foods in a liquid form and she still wouldn’t take it.
Now, she’s gotten 100 times worst. Hallucinating, thinking people are out to get her and now thinking someone is attacking her body. I’m at a lost as what to do. She needs to go into a Nursing Home, but I don’t know how to go about admitting her without a Doctors’s Note. Any suggestions anyone has will be appreciated. Serious answers only. She’ll be 80 on her birthday, June 1st.

I’m trying to decide what to go back to school for. Hello,
I live in Augusta, GA and will most likely need to stay in the area. I currently have a Bachelor’s degree in Equine Facility Management but due to a physical injury, its not very useful now. So I would like to go back to school for a health care related degree, but would like some advice as to what I should go for. I really liked the radiology technology at Augusta Tech at first, but then I read about all the people who can’t find jobs. I really just need a career I can depend on to make a living on. I don’t want to get rich, but I need to know I can count on having a job with the degree. I would like to start out with an Associate degree, but I’m willing to go back to school after I’m more financially secure. So I would really appreciate any feedback or advice anyone can give me.

Well you can get an associates in Radiology and go back and get certification in Radiation therapy or get a B.S. in clinical radiation sciences and with a concentration in radiation therapy or nuclear medicine technology. I know that this field is anticipated to grow as the baby boomer generation matures.

Congrats! If it’s your honeymoon, you should stay at either Hyatt or Sheraton Poipu. Probably will be over $ 250/night but these are gorgeous hotels. Hyatt, especially. Both offers jaw-dropping views.
I remember a beautiful restaurant, Tide Pool, in Hyatt.. so very special.

My Husband and I are approved for 150k home loan. We found a house and WE LOVE IT! Its located 20 to 30 miles away from Seattle WA bye Bonney Lake WA. House out there are running from the low 200′s and up to ???. this home is defiantly a fixer upper with LOTS of space..
Here is the scoop:
the highest this home sold for was 179K in 2000
On Jan 7th We offer 145k (they were asking 150k) The sellers agent said that they will NOT Summit any offers to the bank until we are approve or denied but they de- listed and it says pending B.U request.
On Jan 22nd they lowers the price to 145K. *why and is this normal?* Does it make it look better for us?*
Now were just waiting for the bank but.. ITS DRIVING ME CRAZY. We found out that the seller only owes 169K on the house.
With all these numbers do you think we will get??? Whats the chances of us getting this home.???????????
They told me it can take up to 90 days but that will put us out of the dead line for the 8k but if i know for sure we will get it. I’m not worried about the 8K stimulus.(How ever it would be nice) but i don’t want to sit and wait to find out we don’t get it.

Ninety days is an absolute minimum for short sale approval, with five-six months being far more common. Understand that these sellers may or may NOT have lender approval for the price they are asking. There is no requirement that such pricing be lender approved before listing. You can only wait to see what happens. Have plenty of patience, because your wait is going to be lengthy.
Understand as well that only about 20% of short sale/purchase attempts actually get to closing. Those odds aren’t very good.
