Question : What’s the best accounting software to use for commercial property management?
This would be used for managing between 5 to 20 properties, each consisting of between 2-15 tenants.

Look into a property management software. I use Property Solutions. They have a lot of tools, but I love the accounting part of their software. They have so many great tools. Like a tool that automatically sends our property information to the internet listing services like apartments.com, rent.com. vacancy.com and others. They have a pay rent online tool. I love them!
