Question : I am looking to travel and move outside of the US. Where can I find abundant, cheap beachfront property?
I am looking for territory near the Equator which will be warm all year around. I hear Belize in Latin America and Cot ‘de Ivore in Africa are idealistic. I’m considering the Mediterraen island of Malta also.

Belize!!! Had a co-worker retire to there. He said it is inexpensive, so you live like royalty.
