I have over 11 years in sales and over 20 in customer service. I would like to find a good job in the Minneapolis area but not sure if there are any. Have over 500 resumes out there. Can anyone help me give my wife the best Christmas present? Me with a good job so we dont loose our home.

You should look at www.jobcentral.com. It is a state run website, and jobs are posted from all 50 states. I hope that you find something.

I would start calling companies, asking for the sales manager and then introduce yourself and ask if they have an open position. Sellingpower publishes a list of the top Sales companies every year.
This will help you find open jobs directly and demonstrate your sales skills. I have found jobs this way.
Also, make sure you customize your resume to what sales managers are looking for. Salesguy.org has a list of top qualifications.

Why not start your own business? I know a 14 year old company that has a proven track record. They’ve been featured in several magazines like USA Today, fortune, Success etc. Inc 500 rated them the 22nd fastest growing company. They’re the world’s largest direct selling Telecommunications service provider. They provide services that people use every day and pay for anyway, but they can get it for a much lower cost and you’d be saving money and making money.
