Question : I think my condo association is going bankrupt! What do I do? Do i foreclose? My condo association is very close to bankruptcy. I don’t know what to do! If our association does go bankrupt, all of our vendors will drop us. We will not have an attorney, management company, water, electricity, trash pick and so much more. Question : Best condo to stay in Northshore Kauai? I will be Kauai in May of 2011 for 12 days. I am considering two condos: Hanalei Bay Resort of Kea Resort (I believe)? Both seem good, but I am unsure of which. OR should I stay at another one. We only need a one bedroom because there are only three of us.
