Question : Whats the best way to get listings from for sale by owners.?
I have been a real estate agent for about 6 months now and i always see FSBO signs everywhere. Can some one tell me whats the best way and what has worked for you in getting listings from FSBO thanks

People selling on their own do not want an agent to represent them. Many, in fact, are agents themselves. I suggest you leave them alone as they will contact you if they want you to represent them.

If you are representing a buyer and want to consider selling them a FSBO home, you can discover these properties on your own by driving through the neighborhood. Some are listed on the MLS as well. Ask the seller if they will cooperate with agents and what commission they will pay the buyer’s agent.
