Question : Where is the best place to stay in Kauai (Poipu area?) for under 0/night?
We will be on our honeymoon and are going June20-30. Would like beach on property.

Congrats! If it’s your honeymoon, you should stay at either Hyatt or Sheraton Poipu. Probably will be over $ 250/night but these are gorgeous hotels. Hyatt, especially. Both offers jaw-dropping views.
I remember a beautiful restaurant, Tide Pool, in Hyatt.. so very special.
I had some relatives stay at the Kuhio shores resort. It is right on the water. We had dinner on their deck and watched the sunset followed by an amazing green flash. Another night we watched whales off the deck. They snorkled in front of the condo and saw turtles. It is right next to a resturant called the Beach House, which is supposed to be wonderful.
The Sheraton is great and the Hyatt, there is also a Marriott on the beach. But I thought the Kuhio shores was beautiful, if you want a condo instead of a resort.
And prices for a one bedroom are well under $ 250 a night.
