Question : After firing my property manager, how long does he have to return keys, documents and funds to the owner.?
I am currently firing my property manager. I sent a certified letter and verbally notified him. He was not pleasant after hearing that the contract would be terminated. I am wondering how long he has legally to return my trust account belongings?
