Question : Do realtors normally pay for staging a house they are selling?
I am in San Francisco CA.
Staging meaning, putting in furniture and putting a picture or two on the walls.
Instead of showing an empty house (bare walls), no furniture.

By “staging” do you mean fixing up, cleaning, adding accessories, buying new furniture or fixtures, etc? If so, then absolutely not. That’s the responsibility of the home owner. Realtors show houses, they don’t put money into them.
