Question : My agent has not yet put the house on MLS. How long it normally takes to put the house on MLS for RENT?
I want to rent out my house and I hired a property management company in HOUSTON it has been ten days and they did not put it on MLS yet.

Is this normal? How long does it normally take to put on MLS?

Is this agent bad? Should I terminate the agreement?

usually this list is compiled twice a month so a 15 day wait is not uncommon, depends on state, availability for Realtor to enter into the database.
