Question : how to stage a vivid colored home without painting?
i know all the tips on staging a home however my friend is very reluctant to paint. every room is a different color whether it be lime green, deep red, aqua blue, white.We have staged the house with furniture/space,light, removing personal items/pictures,accessorized in odd numbers etc. it is a beautiful home and quite large and expensive trendy appliances, great part of town but i fear the paint choices will deter buyers. it is a very bright home. any tips to help with this or how to work through it. also its not just paint- she has red couches in a bright yellow and green living room. please help!
we need to take pictures because agents are touring the house tomorrow. so quick fix answers hurry and other tips will be appreciated in the long haul

Go out and purchase off white slip covers for all the furnishings..dining chairs. Neutral furnishings/covers in every room will tone down the vivid colours somewhat, but she should have listened and painted neutral to make a bigger profit on her home.
Slipcover the sofas, or move them to a different room where the color makes sense. If the colors are bold, she should definitely repaint when she can. People will not buy it as they want turnkey condition – no work to do.
I guess if the walls are brights, maybe hang some art that is the same color, good luck with that, try to build off the color so it is a feature. When you show it say “designer” house.
