Question : How do I find out who was the original builder in a community?
We are looking to buy a home in Cedar Park, Texas, in a community built in the 80′s. Does anybody know how to find out who the original builder was?

You generally can go the local council they should have the records of all the houses constructed and when by who.
Failing that check with a local real estate dealer they will also have a data base on houses in the area of what they’re worth and who sold for what price.
