Hi,

I just bought a new home – love the floor plan but not the kitchen. The previous owners have put granite floors, stone tiles for countertop, maple cabinets and white appliances. The ganite is black with brown spots like pattern – it is similar to the photos posted in the previous discussion named “Kitchens I have designed”. The countertop is light brown with brown grout and the maple cabinets are the light colored kind. If you can imagine it – nothing goes together in the kitchen.

I am not sure if I want to change the granite floors as that extends to the family room (open plan). Currently the walls are beige and I am planning on changing that to brown (not very dark but dark). What else should I change in the kitchen to make it look look beautiful? I am looking around in the forum and see very talented and creative people here – so, I am hoping to get some opinions about this. Please do let me know. I really appreciate it!

2. u gotta go on the boat ride up close. It will totally change your entire perception of the waterfalls.

I also heard the views are totally different from the usa side vs canada… i think from the usa side you get super upclose but hard to see all of the falls since your so close….on the canada side you lil further but u get the grand view. have a passport and try out both!

You definitely need a real estate license. There are lots of online and in classroom courses available in the Orlando/Kissimmee area. I went to the Climer Real Estate School. He doesn’t teach property management, but you he is funny and you can get your real estate license within 2 weeks – 4 weeks for about $ 500 – that includes course, book, test, finger printing for background check, etc. Trust me, you will get lots of phone calls from Brokers looking for “fresh meat” once you pass the exam. If you ask them if they have a Property Management Department, you may be able to find a company that will pay for your Property Mgmt training, or will provide it.
