I live in the Tampa Bay, FL..I like it here because of the weather. But its getting expensive and the wages arent climbing. Plus, its very transient here. Also, the jobs here are terrible. I graduated from college 3 years ago and I am still working in tourism. I cant find a career in pharmaceutal sales. My dating life isnt good either. I cant seem to meet any high quality stable women in Florida.
I thought of moving back to my hometown of Chicago because I love it there…its family oriented city,many high quality women, great careers, and a working city..but the weather is terrible and the cost of living is high. I would make much better wages…but I couldnt afford a home in Chicago. I dont want to move anywhere out West. Been there done that. I lived in Las Vegas and Arizona. I didnt care for the West.
I looked at parts of the deep south but I dont know. I’m looking at south carolina, tennessee, alabama, georgia, texas, …maybe wisconsin and indiana. I want specific towns with lots of growth and employment. Maybe sugraland texas? Charleston, SC? Nashville, TN? Alabama? Not kentucky. Not arkansas. Not knoxville. I need to stayt away from high pollutuon. I have asthma.
I just dont know.
Any suggestions would be helpful. I want a place thats low cost, higher wages, green grass, clean air, teeming with available family-oriented women, and a warmer climate. I want a solid career, a family someday, and time is running out. Im almost 40. I need to find a career and meet a nice woman.
Any suggestions on places to find what I am looking for would be helpful.

try looking for the dream job and move to where that is….it seems like pharmaceutical companies are based out of NJ, NY, and the UK….maybe living in jersey and getting the job or NY has everything although it does cost alot…i guess you have a lot to think about but check the pharma websites for jobs and apply like bristol meyers squibb. wyeth, glaxosmith klein, pfizer, etc, etc

I’m writing a musical to hopefully be performed by my high school next year. It’s making fun of the concept of Broadway as the American Dream, the cliche Broadway show, and some Southern stereotypes. This song ends the first act. It’s supposed to be an emotional moment. This song is sung when my main character, Ella Jane, is in jail after having her heart broken by a crush named Austin. She’s in jail after being accused by her understudy of robbing the director.

Question : What or where is a good home to rent on Sunriver, Or?
We’re trying to plan for a family vacation next year. We’re planning on 10-15 people.
Can anyone who’s stayed at Sunriver recommend a good home rental, preferably with good views of the river or mountains or even the golf course?
I am looking at the Sunriver Resort website but I’m too unfamiliar with its surroundings to make a good choice at this point.
Thanks for any tips, advice, recommendations, etc.

Your best bet is to contact rental companies, which are almost all real estate offices. Last I checked, there were about a dozen of them. Sunriver Resort, besides having their own hotel rooms, also handles renting out some private houses and condos.
For 15 people, you’ll probably need two houses. There are enough rentals that is it possible to find them within walking distance of each other.
The search below is a good start. Unfortunately, I don’t recognize any of them. Last time I used such services was over ten years ago.
