Four Point Inspection Home Insurance – Why are they important

0

Four Point control of liability insurance, a visual inspection of the four main components:

Roof

electric

HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning)

plumbers

Insurance expect the state the elements listed above to below the manufacturer’s intended function. Insurance companies are looking for the four systems to be the performance of their duties in good general functioning and. If the house is an older home the insurance companies want to see that the systems have been updated. In most cases, are forms of insurance provided to their customers. The clients then complete the inspector during the course of the inspection at home.

The criteria for the following judges:

Current operating conditions

maintenance requirements

Life expectancy

There are other types of special programs that are similar in nature to this type of control and can exist in certain markets. For example, some states, buyers with low incomes to obtain an inspection before you buy a low-interest loan to get. In Missouri, for example, the Missouri Housing Development Corporation (MHDCS) a commitment to control, is similar to an inspection of the four points of the insurance. Another example would be in California where many homeowner insurance companies require verification of foundation attachment houses built before 1965.

Why do I need a four-point inspection?
insurance companies are increasingly reluctant to issue insurance policies for owners of older homes (usually 25 years or older). Their common interest is that there are conditions in an old house that could be a liability for them. For example, a house with a roof to fail in his later years of reliable service, if under the policy and the owner to their insurance for damage to the house or its contents released. Similar concerns extend to the condition of the HVAC, electrical and plumbing in an old house. When these elements are in poor condition, must be updated or replaced, or installed improperly, they can fail and cause a fire or water damage at home.

The new devices are supported (by the insurance companies) do not have these problems as often as older homes.

I had visited the house before I bought the house. Can I use this report instead of receiving an inspection report by four points?

Is it legal in Nevada to place a home for sale that has already begun foreclosure proceedings to prevent loss?

0

Question : Is it legal in Nevada to place a home for sale that has already begun foreclosure proceedings to prevent loss?
To reiterate; a house-whose payments are not past due that is being foreclosed-on by a second lienholder who wants to protect their interest. If the current homeowner receives a notice of intent to foreclose – can they place the home for sale in order to prevent the home from being lost to the 2nd lienholder – as long as – if the home is sold – all liens have been satisfied?

It seems only fair and logical that selling the house would be allowed, but I’m curious if anyone has knowledge otherwise.

A second mortgage holder can not foreclose “to protect their interest” or otherwise unless the payments are late so your question makes no sense.
The house can be sold up to any point in the foreclosure process before the foreclosure sale.

I need advice from singers and dancers – - – - PERFORMERS!!?

Question : I need advice from singers and dancers – - – - PERFORMERS!!?
Hi!

I’ve been singing Hindustani Classical Music since I was four years old and have always been told I have a ‘wonderful voice’, but as of late it’s just been getting awful, and people are telling me how bad I am. My voice used to be cut and clear, but now it seems foggy and unoriginal, no matter how much I practice.

I want to know ways to improve my voice, any tips, excercises, no-no’s and everything will be highly appreciated. I am recovering from a cold at the moment, but have an audition for a musical next week. Eeeeep! The song is “Waiting for Life” from once on this island, if anybody knows that song and has any advice… PLEASE.

The next is about my dancing. I am very inflexible and would like to be. I cannot do the splits, a backbend, I can’t kick high…. I learn a style of Indian Dancing- Bharatanatyam- for only 4 years. Though it doesn’t require THAT style of flexibility, I still would like to be, as I live in western society.

I would like to become lighter and thinner to aid in my dancing. I have been plump all my life, so much so that it has become a part of my personality. I don’t want it to be like that… I want people to see me and say, “Wow, that girl on stage has such a great body!” I don’t have access to a gym, so home excercises would be nice. I’m posting my statistics here, if dancers could tell me how to change… and my body shape as well.

I am 150 centimetres tall, my upper body is 48 cm.
32 inches around my chest, 27.5 waist, 32 inch hips.
20.5 inch thighs, 12 inch lower legs, 8 inch ankle.
10.5 inch upper arm, 9 inch lower arm, 6 inch wrist.
35.5 inch butt,
12.5 inch neck.

I weigh 48 kilograms.

I personally think I’m chubby and need to lose weight and become slimmer.

I’d like to be curvaceous though… I’m hoping to get my waist down to 24, without losing toooooo much around my chest and hips.

I need to be lighter, not to be healthier as such, but to be able to move more gracefully and freely… and to not look as clunky on stage. Also, I can pinch up a lot of fat on my pot belly.

Also, how do I improve my posture????

I have two productions in about 22 weeks, I’d like to be fit and ready by then (if possible- I’m also studying!!)
Anyway, help of ALL KINDS would be sooo greatly appreciated. You have NO IDEA.

- when you take a breath to start singing… try not to lift your shoulders. let the air drop into your belly.
- when you sing you should not feel it in your throat. try to feel it in your abdomen.
- if you sing your vowels with your tongue barely touching your bottom teeth it opens your air passage better
- when you warm up… dont try to sing lower or higher then you normally do or that feels comfortable. it strains your voice

thats all i can think of right now to help
and im not a dancer so i cant help you there
good luck

I use costco.com., but you can use any you like.
Purchase checks set up for quickbooks in a three section check. (top is check, center is stup, thrid is extra stub).

I run a Real Estate office in FL & use Yardi to track over 200 properties. Remember to purchase the checks with check numbers sorted to suit your printer. If you lay a sheet of paper with a mark on it face up, does printer print on that side or the back. If it prints on the back, have check printer sort checks with highest numbers on top.

Please feel free to email me ( reference yardi so i don’t just delete it) and I will be glad to give you some insite.

Are you new to the program? I can help or lead you in the right direction.
