I have met an actoress who do react to issues exactly the way she does when on stage or home video.

Thats called method acting.
I act sometimes, and i can tell you that I act nothing like the characters I play. Every once in a while i will accidentally say a line from a play i was in, but that is just because i have said it so many times before…
