I’m visiting Destin Florida August 24th-29th. I never been to Florida or any beaches before, so here’s some stupid questions.
Does the beach have bathroom and restaurant?
Does it have a little bar like in the movie Cocktails (tom cruise)?
Do you have to bring your own umbrella and chair?
Can you bring food and drinks?
And last. Which beach and resort do you recommend for a family with small children?

well my husband lived there for 5 yrs and i visit there alot now with him we are going the aug 29th-sept 6th but were staying in panama city i like it better check out the sandpiperbeacon.com its where were staying and its family oriented….yes they do have restaurants on beach,they have a tiki bar there,u have to pay for umberlla and chairs unless u rent a condo but most of the time u still have to pay and its like $ 25 dollars a day…..yes u can bring food and drinks ….they have a lazy river inside hotel,grocery store and plenty of outdoor activities ur close to the pier park mall and great resturants such as pineapple willys.,margriatville,i hope this helps but if u dont like the sandpiperbeacon…..look up sugarsands.com or just google destin vacations…..let me know what u think about them good luck and have fun adn relax
