After obtaining a list on my page, I had to call a friend of mine on the property, and pretend that a buyer will want to see. My friend asked me, but I was told that was not there. Rudy took info and then went to say he could not show my ad. Rudy has even tried to follow-up was with e-mails to my girlfriend, and not once to me the coordinates for the head that should have for me. Rudy I confronted about this, and he just said how it goes and if I did not go as I could, that is exactly what I did.

After I left, he then refused to let me your list with me in my new broker. What a joke of a company. No one should have to go through what I went with Pro performance, this company sucks!

I understand now why I never will, cherry Broker Summit, and competes with his agent for the economy. After leaving, I met a former manager of his who told me that Rudy has high rents and operating costs, and need to take all these incoming son to support his own society because agents were not income enough to survive for him. He said he will not be long before it goes down.

I recommend to work, not the officer considers relevant for the unscrupulous dealer!
