Question : Is there a better solution than using massive spreadsheet to hold all my budgeting reports?
I am currently working with massive spreadsheets that are holding all our budget reports. I also have to deal with several versions of files storaged on our network. If I’m running a property management company what is best software (ERP) to store all my documents online and generate custom reports?

Have you looked into Microsoft Access database? (Not sure if that is what you’re looking for, but it can hold all the data, and then generate what ever reports you need.)
I would look into using MS Access. Access is a database program where you can design reports based on tables (spreadsheets). It can be very complicated and incorporate VB and macros etc…or as simple as you want it to be. An Access database is still a program and files would still be on your computer or on your network…but it helped me a lot to be able to run really great reports from data that was stored in spreadsheets and translated into a report in a word document by hand.
