Question : My daughter has bad credit…536 because of things in the past and now she has a really good job…..?
and looking to move out of the neighborhood shes in but she is finding it very difficult to find anyone to rent to her. She lives in Richmond California and is looking at the Oakland area or somewhere else in the Bay area. Does anyone know of any property management firms in the Bay area that deals with “challenged credit”?

don’t know of any but maybe if she had her rent deducted from her check or maybe if someone with good credit could be on the lease it would help
I don’t know of any property management firms, but it may be worthwhile to look into a credit specialist who could go through her credit report and get some of those old things “cleaned up” and removed instead of her trying to carry that baggage w/ her. Sometimes, credit specialists can get old derogatory notations simply removed, thus raising her credit score.
