Question : Houston Title Companies hiring abstractors now?
I was trained and am a very good abstractor researching landowners, buyers and sellers back as far I needed. I moved to Houston and thought the market wasn’t strong for my skills. But now I think why wouldn’t it be? Even foreclosures have to be researched. Wondering if anyone in the title field had an opinion of the employee status in general. The company I left when I relocated was downsizing and bracing for less not more while trying not to put their staff out of work. Thanks.
