Question : What’s a better vacation spot: Tampa, Clearwater, or St. Petes?
My husband and I were thinking of staying in Tampa because we could get a free airport shuttle to a hotel and not have to get a rental car. Now I’m wondering…are the beaches nice enough on West-Tampa (Airport) side?
I’m wondering if it would be worth it to get a rental car and stay in Clearwater or St. Pete beach instead? Would we be missing out if we just stay in West Tampa for 3 days?
Please advise. Thank you!!

There are no real beaches in Tampa. the best bet would be to get the rental car and stay on Clearwater beach. There is lots to do in Clearwater besides the beach and Tampa is only 25 minutes away.
