In every state a person must be co-owner in order to be a co-borrower. A mortgage company will not lend money to someone to buy a house unless the loan is secured by his or her owning part of the house.

I have always used local savings banks before.
The idea of some mortgage company is scairy, but, I can get ,not only a good rate, but also emergency credit if things do not go as planned with the surgery!

best bet is to contact the Better Business Bureau to see if there have been any complaints filed against them and you can also contact the Federal Trade Commission to make sure that all the practices they are offering you are real, valid, and correct with no shortcuts for their benefit. I personally would go through Citifinancial and do what the call a CMA loan. It is not an equity loan. it is a comparitive market analysis where they base things on the surrounding demographics and not on your personal equity. they have a 3 day recision period instead of 7 like most and they also have it set up where it can be a revolving installment loan instead of a set time loan. in other words the money can always be available to you like a line of credit but it isnt considered one so the interest isnt as high.

She wears panties at home and pull ups at daycare. She has had a few accidents. How was wondering how long after this stage did your toddler become fully potty trained without any accidents?

My kid is 4 and I had her potty trained by 2. She had an occasional accident through out the year 3. And then she would just pee herself because she didn’t like what she was wearing. So, I guess the question really is were they all accidents or did the princess just not like what she was wearing (sarcasm). I would assume that mostly the latter is correct. Good luck!

My husband and I are planning on building a second home on a very long-term basis. This home will most likely be where we’ll retire to. We’ll have to do this in stages for financial reasons. We’re planning on buying a large piece of rural property, and having a well-planned, mostly-to-fully off-grid home designed that is simple but beautiful and not too large (between 1800sf – 2400sf). We’d love to do a prefab, but, depending on the nature of the land, it might have to be a custom design. I just have no clue as to what architectural fees could be. Thanks for any feedback on this.

yes i live in Phoenix and its HUGE there are alot of great hospitals that have been around for years yes there are bugs and just to let you know in the summer its about 113 degrees right now its 80 and its supposed to be cold haha but if you want to there are alot of safe places. well good luck and if you do come welcome!
