Question : New Jersey Divorce procedure?
Has anyone been divorced in New Jersey?

Married for 20 years with 2 children. Husband left after my cancer diagnosis and it seems like he is purposely not paying bills to leave us destitute. We have a large mortgage on our primary home but we own several income properties. There is no insurance on the income homes, also taxes are not being paid. I know he has truly flipped out. Recently, he got a tattoo and other things have happened that tells me he is with another woman. Can the children get child support a, how about permanent alimony ? He makes over 130,000.00 yearly but is hiding most of it.

sounds like my husband. Go to the court file for custody of the kids. Full custody and child support. Get a lawyer and get half of everything he has. Im going through this now. You can make him pay for your lawyer and alimony.
The court will either make him pay child support. Or you can make him pay all the bills. Get some counseling it will help.
Im so sorry for what your going through it really stinks. men are such jerks.stay strong for your kids and yourself. good luck
