When renting a house, Do all Owners of the Warranty deed have to be listed on the lease?
Question : When renting a house, Do all Owners of the Warranty deed have to be listed on the lease?
I rented a house that has 2 persons on the warranty deed. One of the owners rented the house to us and was the only person to sign the lease but had the 2nd owners name in the 1st part of the lease. The second owner did not sign the lease. Is this still a legal binding agreement if the second owner did not sign the lease to us??

Yes in Many partnerships only one signature is needed. This makes the process much easier. How the two owners conduct their business is not important to you. You signed the lease you live with it

you mention that one signed the lease but that the 2nd ones’ name was also listed
it seems that the 1st one had the approval of the 2nd but I would not be absolutely sure about this if the 2nd one at some time in the future wanted to contest the entire matter
if this were a partnership, it seems to me the name of the partnership would be shown and the person signing was the legal agent of the partnership
