I believe when managers to be better in a company you should use someone who is going to speak from the heart. Not someone who has to depend on reading cards or struggling to figure out what his next line is. I’ve met Mr. Larez in a lunch meeting not such a good guy for this video. Use someone whos not all about themselves. I’ve done many training programs up and down the east cost, Its more than just speaking it has to come from the heart. This guy is all fake. He cant even hold a conversation.
