Question : What are the eviction laws for short term vacation rentals?
I have a condo in Palm Springs California that I rent out to vacationers. If I rent to someone on a ONE month lease agreement, and they refuse to leave at the end of the lease, do I need to file an unlawful detainer lawsuit?

I don’t see why you don’t just remove their stuff and change the locks. It’s not their property.
