It was a long struggle for me to save enough money for a down payment on a house, but I finally did. It took a lot of sacrifice and self-discipline, but I really feel it was worth it. I know that a homeowner takes a lot of responsibility and I know I’m ready for this new stage in my life. There is so much fun to have my own house, and can use it exactly as I want to decorate.

What do I want really a ranch style home that needs a little TLC. My Huband’s really great to redesign things, then he is happy to find the ideal home as well. I like ranch houses because they have a floor plan more open than other houses. They also tend to have more character than do other houses. It is not hard to find on ranches around our part of town. Almost everyone has one and they are all pretty old houses.

We are looking for houses in some places. If we can not find the right home, we look like gettin built our own house. Just in case that happens, we were resesearching Home Builders of Kentucky, Cincinnati builders and architects in Indianapolis. There are many great companies that give good deals now. We have only the right thing, that the type of house we want to find builds. We can not wait to find the perfect home!
