Question : Rental business: insurance was involved due to tree falling on property. should I meet each professional?
Hi, should I just let the contractor the insurance company involved, do the job or since they will involve others like roofer, electircian, etc. should I really be involved and meet each one at the property. it is a triplex and I do not live there. in other words how involved should I be once insurance employs a contracotr to take care fo it all? THANKS.

Contractors, and subcontractors can put a lien on your property if not paid. I’d want to know who is working on what at my property.
