Question : What is needed to become a residential property manager in Connecticut?
I am interested in looking into either starting a residential property management company, or being hired by one. I am looking for what qualifications are needed for the job. I would be open to looking into courses offered or good reference material to read and teach myself with, if plausible.

who will let you run such a firm.
