first of all the first answer os so far off he should be ignored! Countrywide has not been bailed out by the fedS! they have just gotten rid of alot of people they hired over the last few years to keep up with demand. there rates are where they where a while ago. we are seeing a slight change in rates for the better call around but know your scredit scores first!
this way you can say to the borker i have 680 middle score what kind of rate can you get me for 100% financing!
