Temporary Housing for Ball Pythons ?
Question : Temporary Housing for Ball Pythons ?
I have two adult pythons. Currently I live in Boston, MA, moving to Tampa, FL in a week. They have a large aquarium that is being taken by the movers as it would be a very tight fit in the car. During transport (3 days) I’ll be keeping the Balls in a tied off pillowcase (suggested to help with them not getting sensory overload of movement / lights / etc). The problem is once I get there. I was just informed that it could be 2-3 weeks before they get us our things. Does anyone who has experience with reptiles have a suggestion for temporary housing for 2-3weeks before I have their aquarium back? Spending a lot of money to get a second aquarium for a couple of weeks isn’t really an option.
They’re both adult males – reside together – about 3.5 ft each.
Thanks in advance for suggestions!

I would suggest to get a ten gallon tank or two. They are about 10 bucks.
Three weeks is more than temporary for your snakes.
If you dont keep them right theyll get stressed and go off their food.
As it is the trip might do that anyway but…
Id follow the snake guys advice and pick up a few 10 gallon tanks
See if you can get them used
Or maybe if youre really lucky a local pet store will lend you a couple
Dont forget to put some holes in that pillowcase by the way so they dont suffocate on the way down there.
