As a realtor, what website or software do you wish someone who create and why?

If you plan on writing some software then we have to talk!

Here is what I would like out of software:

Easy contract writng (like easycontract or qes) that incorporates the local public records and MLS search so CMA’s and contract are real quick and easy.
