Has anyone gotten some serious mold problems by living in a southern?
Question : Has anyone gotten some serious mold problems by living in a southern?
climate and not using air conditioning? I don’t have the problem, just wondering if this could cause it to happen.

I haven’t had a problem with mold, but it can come from any where, like, under the house. We don’t have basements because we live by the water,but, after a lot of rain, under the house stays damp and every now and then it smells musty, but I don’t see anything.

I have a problem with mold in the bathroom, because my Dad built it without proper air flow and without proper vapour barriers on the walls.
When I tear these walls down to redo the bathroom, it is going to be done PROPERLY.
And the only “southern” part of my address is that it is in southern Ontario…above the 49 contiguous states in Canada.

yes i live in a trailor in tennessee[no jokes now please] and every room in this trailor is covered in mold because we have pipes under the place tht busted and it was along time before we knew it.also the tub has a bad leek and it goes under the trailor.
