Question : If a freak hurricane hits Malibu; will FEMA aid the victims?
When something happens to these people’s houses; who do you think pays for it? The homeowners? The homeowners insurance? what?
Or will FEMA send a bunch of aid and money like they did to New Orleans?

The American tax payer will pay where the homeowners insurance leaves off. FEMA will be in there with disaster aid. Any disaster, like an earthquake also.
