Question : how to remove mold from your home?
I did a mold test and there was mold in the dish – how can I get mold out of my house? my wife and dog died of respritory problems and It is very scary for me, I am trying hard to get things in order

If you can, move out while you’re doing these repairs to save your own health.
Mold is one of the worst problems because so many people develop allergies and respiratory problems, as you are aware.
Instead of trying to fix it yourself, hire someone to wash your walls with chlorine bleach solution and paint first with Kilz then the color paint. Woodwork and windows must be washed with bleach solution also. Replace carpets. If not possible to replace the carpets, have them professionally cleaned with mildewcide. Wear nose/mouth protection while cleaning because cleaning stirs up the mold.Most importantly, find the source of the excess humidity which caused the mold to happen. Put a roof fan and eaves vent ducting into your attic to increase air circulation. If the basement’s cracked and leaking, find and fix the problem.

I’d try to find the nexus of the mold…….where is it most present. Is it crawl space? Furnace ducts, behind walls that have been flooded, attic? Until you find the major contributor and of course every place else, you will only be reducing the concentration.
If you find the main problem(s) and correct it (them) with the proper method (whatever is appropriate) you then need to clean every square inch of the house including under and behind everything. Realize your carpet and pads will be a problem and may need to be replaced, drapes cleaned, all furniture cleaned inside and out……and upholstery may need to be eliminated.
Personally I’d be looking at getting professional help here from people who do mold remediation for a living. It won’t be easy or cheap, but then the cost to one’s health is the ultimate benefit.
