Question : How much would it cost to have a home re-insulated with Spray Foam?
I don’t think my home insulated correctly. I want the builder to re-insulate the home while I am under warranty.
Well I was just watching Holmes on Homes and we are having the same problem the clients were having with cold air coming threw the walls. He fixed it with Spray Foam.

Hi there. The best thing to do is to get a insulation contractor to look at it and tell you what the problem is as well as making an estimate on insulating it properly. If you intend to approach the home builder for warranty work, you will then know if they are telling you the truth or not. It could be a problem with the insulation in the walls or roof or it could be something simple like lack of caulking on windows, doors, etc.
