Question : What locksmith tools will I need for property management?
I am a property manager and I want to learn basic locksmithing so I do not have to hire locksmiths all the time. Aside from training… what tools & supplies will I need to purchase to manage a 100 unit building?

Please explain purpose and benefit if needed…
Key cutter? Code Cutter? Manual Key Punch? Pick tools? Key blanks? Any others?
