home warranty contractors
When storms come to your town, so do the storm contractor chasers. When they finish their work and leave so does your warranty. Use your local contractors.

Why do people always rip on hispanic roofers? What takes 5 white guys a week to do is done by our hispanic crews in 1 day. This video was dumb… he’s just mad that he didn’t get all those roofs. How are 5 local roofing companies going to replace entire neighborhoods when a storm sweeps through? Home owners: Check the BBB website for 3 roofing company’s with good standing, A+ ratings, pick one and go with him.

@LongwayfromOhio It is after the “free inspection” inspector does some dime spinning or hammers tapping to make the divots. Then he photos them and shows homeowner and insurance co. These companies hire people off the street to get jobs and pay them 17-25 % . I know one of these people. He was a waterproofing salesman, water treatment salesman, a supplemental insurance salesman and now a roof hail expert damage investigator. NO TRAINING NECESSARY.

@paniagua11 Sorry, but I have photos of guys on rooftops in August / July 2010 in Sandusky Ohio when the temperatures were 95 F. Many of these roofs are all damaged from foot traffic. About 100 Plus of them in Sandusky. The local contractors quit working at 12 or used carpet pads to walk on . I also have photos of local contactors walking on carpet pads not damaging roofs. For all that read this, I can inspect your roof and provide an expert report on roof damage and poor installation for $295
