How to market my meeting rooms?
Question : How to market my meeting rooms?
I currently am working for a company which specializes in virtual offices, executive suites, etc. Well, we also have to big meeting rooms that are sitting empty which is a waste of money.. Any ideas on marketing these meeting rooms? Or maybe what good business targets might be to go after?

Having worked in the industry, I know that homeowners association boards of directors are often looking for meeting space, especially if their community does not have a clubhouse or somewhere to meet. What state are you in?
Target BNI or other networking groups. Chambers are also great. I like to also look for companies to hold parties if the room is big enough.
Another great target is anyone that wants to provide training or seminars. The coaching industry is great to tap for this…. If you get out there and network with people, you will most likely find others that need the space. Many might even need a virtual office to go with the meeting rooms.
Another market to look at is the single operator companies. People that work from home that don’t want a full time office. This is perfect for them.
